This day was beautiful and so well organised, from the transport to goat island to the entertainment to the entire set up of the stalls and buildings. As it was a free event with free transportation, i was not expecting free food or drinks and was so shocked that there was. It was so much fun for my daughter who is 6. All the kids had so much fun. It was also a beautiful day. Thank you to the volunteers and all the organisers. Very memorable day!

Thanks for a great day out - perfect length of time and perfect number of attractions... my kids loved it and went to sleep exhausted and happy after a big day.

The Kids Crazy Island tea party was great. My son really enjoyed it. We like the Interactive things such as Decorating your own cup cakes & making your own pirate hat. All in all, it was all for free.

Excellent event with great entertainment and best of all all the entertainment was free. Only issue was the variety of healthy food available for purchase. There should be a wider range than pies sandwiches and chips. Could also do with some shade cloth as the sun was strong that day and very little shade on offer.

The stage setup was great and Alice and the singers were great to get the kids going.
The face painting was a hit as was the pirate cave and cup cake factory.
The only disappointment was the prevalence of sweats chuppa chups and fairy floss.
No real food available. Should note to bring your own as limited (contrary to advert).

The Crazy Island Kids Tea Party was a great family day out. Fun things to do for the kids. Sugar overload on the day but what kid doesn't like that! The staff were all amazing and so friendly. And the added bonus for this family day out was we didn't have to spend a thing! All the activities/food was free which is very unusual in this day and age. An event very well organised and lots of fun. Hopefully I can be the lucky one again to secure tickets next year!!

Great day, kids enjoyed themselves. Weather turned out to be beautiful, considering they predicted storms. Staff were helpful and friendly. Thankyou for putting on this event for free. Looking forward to next year.

My girls (2 1/2 and 5 years old) have loved the experience!!. We were amazed by how well organised it was. So many families came with us on the boat but then on the Island everything was so easy, so well organised, no cues and all the characters had time to dedicate to the children.
The Pirate Cave (the pirate was brilliant) , the Fairy land (the girls in the "Alice in Wonderland" and the fairies fantastic!!), the Cupcake factory (the ladies at the Cupcake factory so funny and helpful), the music show.... . Everything just perfect!! Absolutely brilliant!! My girls had an awesome afternoon.

Many thanks for a very well organised "fun time" for children. I would like to give 5 stars to all the volunteers in green shirts who gave so generously and graciously of their time.
The only negative was that the ferry taking us to Goat Island was late and it was very hot waiting in line for the boat to come. My 17 months old granddaughter was becoming quite distressed.
Other than that it was a great event and I hope you do it again next year. Please keep me posted.

My family and I had such a great day on Goat Island. The volunteers were so happy and all seemed to enjoy being round the kids. There were so many happy kids having a great time. My eldest loved the Dodadums and they even sang him happy birthday. My 2 yr old loved the colouring and won a prize. He was most proud of himself. The cupcakery was a kids dream and the chocolate marshmallows were sensational. I hope we can get tickets next year if on again. Thank you to all the organisers for such a great day.

I attended this event with my family and my grandchildren. It turned out to be a absolutely wonderful day. I must congratulate the organisers on a fantastic effort. The fact that there were two time allocations per day meant that there were not too many people on the island at any one time, which was great because you did not have to stand in long queues waiting with your children. There were many varied and fun "hands on" events for the children to participate in and my grandchildren got to do the lot and enjoyed every moment! Also, the volunteer helpers were very happy, helpful and friendly people. I hope this event runs again next year as we will definately be back!

This is by far one of the best events I have ever attended !!
It was so well organised and fun for both kids and adults.
The event was not overcrowded and easy to access all the activities.
The volunteers were also amazing and made this day a success, they were friendly, helpful, courteous and happy to be there ... Thank you !!
Hopefully they will do it again next year, but maybe have more tickets available, it sold out to fast !

We attended the kids crazy island tea party, I was amazed at the generosity of a free event. We really enjoyed it, my daughter had a great time. The event was focused only on the kids. As it was part if the food festival I felt they could have had some more savory food for both kids and adults as it was all very sweet treats which I would usually try to give my daughter in moderation. Only down side was the amount of time spent waiting for the ferry they said to get there 1/2 hr early which we did, but we waited at least an hour before even getting on the boat. All the people with prams were put into a downstairs room on the ferry and then made to wait until last to get off. The people with the pushers obviously have the youngest children and babys, as I did and it was claustrophobic and hard to be made to wait so long with young children. Overall however it was a fun day and I would go again!
