This event was very well done on the day. I did feel that more information regarding where to obtain beverages & food would have been helpful. As usual Sydney Harbour shone on the day, figuratively, as it did rain at the beginning. Garden Island was terrific. Hopefully next year the 'Boatshed" on Garden could also be opened for the true wooden boat enthusiast.
Possible alternative / extra for next year:- a trip to Goat, Rhode, Spectacle, Cockatoo Islands. Same format - 2 different cruises.
Please let me know if this idea is to go ahead as I would certainly be very interested.

Think the Island Hopper concept is a great idea. Bought the package deal to have lunch at Fort Denison. In principle this was a good idea, however we had to wait over 1 hour for a table and then significant time for our meals. Overall lunch took more that 2 1/2 hours (we had to take our desert away in take-away containers). As we were on the 1pm ferry we had to rush our vist to both Shark and Clarke Island and missed out completeley on Garden Island .
I would suggest in future to revise how the lunch package is provided at is appears there were more lunch guests than tables and staff availabe etc.
Found staff on both the ferries and islands very pleasant and helpful. My son really enjoyed the dinasours on Shark Island and we all enjoyed the Aboriginal Smoking Ceremony, dancing and other activities on Clarke Island.
If avaiable in 2010 will recommend this activity to friends and overseas visitors. Will do again with my own family, however will bring our own lunch next time then we can do things at our own leisure.

We travelled with two small children, and it was an exciting, diverse day out. We loved the different themes on each island, which kept the kids really engrossed. The staff everywhere were friendly and helpful - would love to see the Island Hopper on the regular itinerary for Sydney harbour.

Excellent Day, extremely well organised! All the "Crave" employees were very welcoming and full of humour, special mention to Captain Hopper. Particularly enjoyed the dinosaur puppets on Shark Island from ERTH who were obviously enjoying their interaction with everyone!
Great Day, FABULOUS PHOTOS AND MEMORIES!

our day started out wet and overcast - we boarded at Circular Key ensuring umbrella and poncho at hand - first stop Shark island .... we were greeted by the sound of a young lady playing piano and singing - delightful .... staff ensured that we were given information about this island and protocol - which was great .... and then .... a great meal - served in a beautiful setting by lovely staff - good food, good wine, great location .... and the sun shone .... away went clouds and the weather just got better and better .... each consecutive island offered a variety of entertainment and overall our group was extremely impressed with the courtesy and friendliness of the staff . A GREAT day was had by all.
Thank You .... please do it again next year.

Great concept and day out however I was on a 2:30 ferry as all were sold out which was rushed and did not allow enough time on the islands to explore or relax and the ferries were running late. Would totally do it again and try to get on earlier but would be great to have more info on purchasing tkts and more ferries running.

I went with friends and family and we really enjoyed the day.
it is nice that Sydney has finally decided to show the islands in such a clever way.
I am a wedding planner and used shark Island in the past for weddings and I really recommend events on the islands, not only weddings but they are also great for birthday parties or amazing spots for a pic nic.
Kids loved Shark island the most.
the only downside, Shark and Clark islands didn't have any food or coffee stand and by the time we arrived on Garden island the bar was closed. Why not also have a barbecue going on? where people can buy food and drinks! All staff was extremely nice and friendly and really made our day!

Very well organised, fun, despite the rain in the beginning. All staff fantastic, Captains were quite humorous.Islands were beautiful, with lots to see and do. Job well done, great value for money. If I was an overseas tourist , would have thoroughly enjoyed it.

Took two five year old grandchildren. They had a fantastic day or should I say afternoon. We were relegated to the 2.30 ferry and could not get to all islands. No matter. Three islands were plenty. They loved it all. National Parks officers were very very good. Aboriginal dancers, artists and musicians were superb. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

I thought they day was a great day out for young and old. I know it was aimed at children but i had a wonderful day out anyway.
I loved that the entire day was themed including captian Hop. Lots of fun and have recommend it to friends and family already.
We booked the 1pm ferry but next year i would book an earlier time so we had more time to chill out on my fav Island -Clark.

We took our 2 children aged 10 and 12 on the Island Hopper tour. We were blessed with magnificent weather so the harbour was at its best. Everything was very well organised from the ferry rides to the entertainment and activities to the fresh water on tap! The staff were friendly and helpful and our ferry captain kept us laughing.
The stunning views from every vantage point were incredible. We will definitely visit the islands again and are planning a picnic on Shark Island when family visit from overseas soon.
What a way to see the most beautiful harbour in the world!!!!!
Thanks for a wonderful day.
