Mary Poppins was AMAZING. Every good review did not do it justice. Always a wonderfrul and ageless movie, the stage show is something to be believed. There isn't a dull moment, the "big numbers" are sensational and every single cast member is outstanding. There aren't enough superlatives to describe such an entertaining couple of hours. I hope I can see it again.

Simply amazing, Matt Lee was a stand out he is simply fantastic. We had the understudy Sarah Bakker as Mary and if Sarah was the understudy I would love to see Verity as Sarah was truly amazing. Just a very enjoyable musical to watch.

Fantastic acting and such an animated cast, full credit to them and all behind the scenes!! Capitol Theatre was great, had a fantastic seat only a couple of seats back. Was disappointed with the storyline - too far removed from the original storyline for my liking although I was glad there were some scenes and songs that remained.

Absolutely wonderful to watch. Choreography was great and the actors were superb. Well Done to all the cast for making it most enjoyable. :)

After ahh-ing and err-ing for months I finally decided to see Mary Poppins and was very glad that I did. I also took my parent (in their late 60's) and my nephew (15yrs) and we all thoroughly enjoyed the show. It was great to remember all the old songs from the original movie from when I was young. Also it was a fantastic stage show with the costumes, dancing, set design and special effects.

My fiance and I went to the last show of Mary Poppins and we loved it. I was singing along with the cast the atmosphere was enticing the whole way through. It isn't played out exactly like the movie was, but i felt it was better this way as it gave you another perspective of the theme and it was executed perfectly by the cast involved. Matt was so impressive as Bert he nailed it!

Great show, the children in the show were a stand out, couldn't believe how much they were on stage, Matt Lee and Vertity Hunt Ballard also amazing but my granddaughter was in ore of the children on stage and how young they were to be doing such a major part. She also recognised the young girl Jane from Dance Academy as they love that show as well. All around amazing show.

Was an excellent show, slow to start off with, but once it was in full swing it was fantastic. The dancing choreography was simply just stunning, it makes you feel like breaking out into an all crazy dance yourself. Bert is such a fun and lovable character, who just livens the whole show, a fun ol' chap to say the least is what you feel, and him and Poppins make a cute and taunting (Mary!) pair.

I took my 2 daughters to see Mary Poppins and this was their reaction to it after the show. A great introduction to them for the theatre. Also very entertaining for the adults.

Expecting the usual Disney charm and sanitised treatment of material it was a revelation to see and hear the production of Mary Poppins. The music came alive again after so many years and the staging was simply extraordinary. It dazzled the imagination and was so ingenious that mouths were agape constantly wandering how it was being realised. The dancing was also amazing as it was not only heart stopping to watch but at times even defied gravity itself. The children were central to all the activity and were able to effectively pass on the ingenuous excitement and belief in the magic of the show. And what of Mary whose ability to reach tall heights and amaze the audience was still down to earth and had an early wit about her that was convincing and allowed her to live again.

One of the best stage shows we have ever seen. Completely blown away by the quality of acting, singing and dancing. Set design was spectacular. This show took our breath away - in particular the second half. Perfect for children and adults alike. We will be recommending it to all our friends!!!
