I haven't been to the cricket in a while because last time, the day seemed to go on for ever. The 20/20 big bash was short & sharp with great entertainment, great cricket & a fantastic night out for my son & I

After booking the tickets online for myself and two grandchildren, the free travel arrangements made the trip enjoyable. On arrival at the ground the staff on duty were most helpful. The only down side was the cost of food and drink at the ground.

We first went to the twenty 20 on Saturday 16 January QLD v WA and have become hooked on this type of cricket. the Tuesday match between QLD & VIC was just as exciting. The atmosphere at the Gabba is amazing and certainly makes for great entertainment, no matter what the score. Obviously the fire works in answer to 6's adds to the excitement. Tha staff are great and very courteous. Great to see a lady make the catch in the stand, and the Bull is most entertaining. Well done Victoria, but the Bulls gave you a run for your money!!

Bulls' batting was poor in the middle order and the attempt at the last catch was pathetic, I would expect more fight from an under 14 grade side

I would highly recommend this as a fun family night out. I believe the tickets are reasonably priced and being able to bring your own food makes it even more economical. I have found the crowds to be well behaved and everyone is there to enjoy the atmosphere.

This was the second time in the Twilight Lounge for the T20. Great night once again. If there was allocated seating I would seriously consider purchasing 4 to 8 "corporate pack" for all T20 games which my company could use for networking. We have just ended a corporate relationship with the NQ Cowboys which was a business networking arrangement. This would be brilliant for the Bulls.
The seats are good the bar service fast and the food good and well priced.
Can't wait to go again.

THIS WAS THE FIRST IME THAT I HAVE BEEN TO A LIVE CRICKET MATCH, WHAT AN EXPERIENCE, ENJOYED EVERY MINUTE OF IT. ALTHOUGH OUR HOME TEAM LOST, IT WAS AN EXPERIENCE TO REMEMBER. I WILL BE GOING TO A LOT MORE MATCHES FROM NOW ON. NOT TO MENTION THE TICKET PRICING, WELL WORTH THE MONEY, WHICH INCLUDED A BUS TRIP IN AND OUT OF THE CITY.

Great event to take kids with and the Gabba is an amaizing venue. Public transport system to go and watch sport is superb. The ony thing for someone that does not drink beer and would like something else (i.e. my wife) would have liked the availability of wine which is available at Suncorp stadium events.

Good game, 20/20s are always fun,fast moving and lots of big hits. We always try to go when we can. Free public transport is a fantastic bonus when purchasing your tickets through Ticketmaster.

The whole experience was awesome. We took our children for the first time (our first visit to the Gabba and our first live cricket game). The 20/20 concept is fantastic, especially those with younger kids.
Would love to go again. The pricing was ok. We used public transport and that was fantastic.
All in all one of the very best family outing we have ever had!

I had the pleasure of taking my family (including my two grandchildren) to the 20/20 cricket for the first time. As I live on the Gold Coast, I ordered my tickets on the internet and was very pleased that I was able to pick up the tickets as arranged. Seating was very good, amongst a well behaved group of spectators in a family atmosphere.
My grandchildren loved the game and I'm sure I will return with them sometime soon.
As a long time follower of the other forms of the game I was dissappointed with the senseless playing of loud music between balls however. Could this be limited to between overs only?

The organisers, staff and caterers at the GABBA plus the players deserve a big pat on the back for Saturday nights Twenty20 bash between Qld Bulls and WA.
Firstly the admission price was not off putting - half the cost of Super 14 at Suncorp;
Secondly we were able to get good seats - in contrast to Super 14 matches at Suncorp, where 'best available' means where we will put you and the best seats are not available!;
Thirdly, the game introduced many new exciting and talented players with international stars from other countries;
The game has many swings - good bowling and a few wickets can change the dynamics of a game in a few overs;
the game did not go past the attention span of most people, including relatively young children;
alcohol areas were separated from no alcohol - so if you came to watch the cricket you were not continually interrupted by people going to the bar; and
Public transport to and from the game was excellent.

The 20/20 bash was eally good. Lots of good hitting and great catches. Pitty about Andre Symonds, but the rest of the guys were excellent. Lots of fun.
