Had no idea what to expect...read reviews post show which described Meow Meow's show as ' Kamikaze Kabaret Exotica'..and that is was!
The show was amazing...and I have since recommended it to anyone who will listen!

Original.comic. brilliant voice. unexpected. full of surprises. poignant and insightful lyrics.non-stop entertainment.great backup musos. intellectual cabaret/burlesque. audience participation that was funny and very unusual.

Meow Meow is a fantastic, creative perfomer with a wonderful voice and sense of humour. My friend and I were mesmerised by her singing and laughed throughout the show at her antics. More than what I had expected... and totally unpredictable. Loved it, loved it!!

Having had a glimpse of Meow Meow's extraordinarily sexy yet powerful voice in the Burlesque Half Hour, I had to see her own show to hear more of her. Meow mixed much comedy into her performance which made for a very entertaining night, but sometimes distracted from the very moving and seemingly personal songs relating to the Little Match Girl theme. Her voice resonates in your soul; you just want more.

Meow Meow's Little Match Girl was a warm, wild ride of a show. Meow Meow's unique vocal talents and stage persona made this a memorable night. While at times as confronting as her previous Malthouse show 'Vamp' there was a warmth in this performance that let the audience see a softer side to the burlesque diva. An additional delight is Meow's 'stalker' Mitch Buttel and their duets late in the show are a highlight.

This is the first time we've seen the classy Meow Meow on stage and what a show! Witty, daring, and a voice like no other. Wonderful set of songs, with no flat spots. Ninety minutes of song, dance, theatre and comedy all fabulously rolled into one high calibre cabaret show. The backing band and Meow Meow's stage partner were all wonderful and professional. Members of the audience asked to join in all the fun was also a classy move. Perhaps next time we may get picked too! All in all, AMAZING and not to be missed.....Meow Meow deserves the highest accolades. We'll be back for more feline frenzy next time!

Meow Meow is a gem. She composes, she acts, she sings, she speaks several languages, she is smart, witty and funny. Although she has got an excellent international repuation I think she deserves to really take off. When I came home, Lady Gaga was on the TV. I noted the similarity and the differences of course. She's gorgeous and seductive, her voice is great and the show is a lot of fun--but deep and meaningful too.

every bit of the show was Stunning. great to see an international standard performance.
of course, i'd heard rumours about her and knew she'd be clever and witty and could sing. my friends, who knew nothing, raved and raved and bought the cd. (which is great)
passionate and professional. and funny. and smart.
the set/theatre hall was used completely and she kept our attention completely
