With good seats, we watched a good game, with Nth winning even though not our team, being Geelong supporters , it was a good game, except for the umpiring and what was it with one umpire wearing a cap making mistakes not seeing the game cleanly, with people screaming take the cap off etc.

Coming from Gippsland it was great at how easy it was to find parking and get into the ground, it felt much like a big country footy ground. Don't loose that feeling / atmosphere. Everyone we dealt with from the Gate Keepers, to Merchandise Staff etc were excellent it is a credit to the GFC and one of which I am proud to support and gain membership next year with my daughter who already has one.
The only reason I haven't had one in the past is because of the distance but that will no longer be an excuse after my experience

The boys and I spent a wonderfull time. For my children, it was their first Footy experience in Australia because we are French and we have been in Geelong since July. They have heard from the Cats and they wanted to support them so they were really happy to get tickets for their last match. It will be an unforgettable afternoon despite the wetty playground. The match was lively, the cats play fast and just and it is interesting to see how they well read what goes on at any time. We hope they 'll won the big final.

The game wasn't of the highest quality, but it was very close, especially at the end, and therefore very exiting. Looking forward to their next game.

It was a great game of footy and would recommend anyone to attend Kardinia Park for a different venue.
However facilities were a bit lacking, we couldn't see a time clock from where we were sitting. This may improve when redevelopments are complete. Nice country atmosphere though.
We were dissapointed that we couldn't book tickets for this game in Adelaide - had to go through net and then were unsure of where best seating would be. Also, fairly expensive.

As a 65 yro single pensioner , widowed only 14 weeks ago it was a very big step for me to go online @ secure myself a general admission ticket to Skilled Stadium for Saturdays game between G eelong & Adelaide.
What a great experience , I ended up with a very good seat in the general admission area & can't speak highly enouigh of the way in which my whole day panned out, made better still by Geelongs close win.

After a week of nice winter Melb weather, the threat of showers didn't eventuate for the Sat arvo game. Ford provided white ponchos for a pre-match aerial shot of the ground. The ground looked full for this home game at Skilled Stadium, with only the Melb cheer squad and supporters not/refusing to wear the ponchos. Melb had won their last 2 games, and Geelong had lost their last 2, so the scene was set for a pre-rivalry round clash of the 2 earliest clubs. Geelong was celebrating 150 years as a club, with a book launch, and players wearing special guernsay's - all players of the 150 years had their names forming the traditional blue hoops for this anniv. game. Geelong lacked intensity, and didn't fill their fans with confidence as they managed a win with the return of 5 or so senior list players. The trip from Melb by VicRail and return for $12 adult, from Southern Cross to South Geel station and the short walk to the ground for these interstate visitors who just happened to fluke this special game all added to a great day out. The seats booked online gave a great view as well in the Ablett stalls. Well done, ticketmaster.
